Amplifone cap question

Working on an Amplifone (Star Wars) HV board. Current C1 and C2 are 470
uf x 50v. The FAQ recommends going to 470uf x 100v. However, my Bob
Roberts cap kit has 1000uf x 50v in it for C1 & C2.

I don't know why Bob's kit would have such bigger caps in it. Any
recommendations?
