I'm flying to London several times this month and will be more than happy to hand carry them there to post them to save on shipping.  I also fly to Madrid once this month.

Yep, I ran a production fab of the PCB's and built a couple samples and
they're working just fine-- I haven't had a chance to build more up yet
though.  (I don't think the volume is there to justify the setup costs for a
machine-build).  I'll try to get to it in the next month or so, but I need
to finish up some contract jobs first.
