13" Amplifone z / Blanking problem.

So I've been digging around for the past couple days with this Amplifone
monitor with little luck.

All the colors are on at the same time, and I'm getting retrace lines.

I am able to adjust the colors intensity individually.

I can adjust screen, and brightness.

Looking at the schematics, it seem the blanking and Z control are one in the
same? I'm still not 100% up on vector monitors.

Basically what I have is white lines for everything, including the retrace
lines.

I've checked the RGB transistors on the neck board for possible shorting,
causing all the guns to come on all the time, I've replaced all the
transistors in the input protection circuit, and the spot killer circuit..

I'm at a loss for the moment.
