Allthough I agree low HV will cause too large of an image it will also
cause a noticabely out of focus and dim picture. I'm telling you without
the input protection board the screen size can't be adjusted small
enough to fit in the screen (at least in my expierience with 3 G-80
games) It's likely that the monitor had this at one time and some one
took it off.
