There should be a metal bar that is kinda straped between the two sides of
the chassis. There are two threaded holes in this bar where the input PCB
is attached. Two plastic standoffs isolate the PCB from the metal bar.
The PCB would be extremely easy to make by hand and you could get all the
parts from Radio Shack if this is your problem.

I had a similar picture when I decided to not attach the input PCB to the
monitor. You do need this board.
