I'd have to agree with Clay on this. Although jeez, both sides are extremely
valid. Clay, who, as far as I am concerned, does not spam the list; and the
need for rules to PREVENT such spam in the case of an individual that does.
Hell I don't know what to do, but I do know that it makes little sense to force
such an important contributor OFF of the list by enforcing such a rule in this
manner.

I suggest this; we have a moderator. So let's use him. Keep the rule; when the
moderator determines it's being broken; poll the list for confirmation. When
(and if) we agree (democratically; largest response percentage wins), the man is
dropped from the list.

If the moderator is to feel he has any importance at all moderating, he may
disagree with this. I can understand that. Perhaps a new list IS required.
