This indicates a bad RAM on the XY control board. RAM position U27.

I don't have the manual in front of me, but I believe it is described in the
test procedure.

Since you say that the game works fine with another CPU board, my guess is
that the RAM in fine, but your CPU board is somehow corrupting the data,
making it believe it's the XY controller's fault.
