I hadn't seen any either, up until I wrote the Amplifone HV faq about 5 years
ago. Because of my inquiry in the faq, I've had 15 people send me pics
showing the factory amplifone racks in their Space Duel. I've also had about 10
show me the same for their Gravitar cabinets. These are NOT common, but they
aren't nearly as rare as I thought they were about 10 years ago...
